I have to tell you how in love I am with the bike that you built for me.  It's as if I were there when you were building  it,  just think that I did this all over the Internet and the phone.  I also have to say that everything you promised me you did and it was all so professional.  The bike is everything and more that I could have  imagined. It's the bomb. The compliments I get are the best you could get. Everyone is so surprised when I tell them it's a Kawasaki and not some crazy chopper that cost a fortune.  I look forward to a long relationship with you and Britt Motor Sports.   Again thanks for your suggestions and the well thought plan when putting this together for me. I forgot to mention how much I enjoy riding my custom Kawasaki all over  town.

Scott and everyone at Britt Custom Metrix are absolutely the best. My bike came back perfect, I love it, they took it completely apart to do the build and paint, and when I got it back everything was perfect and I didn't have to take it back to have anything tweaked. When they finished the job, it was done right the first time. It's so nice to have complete trust in someone working on your bike and knowing that they know exactly what they're doing. Thanks for a job well done. I wouldn't trade anywhere else.
